Store Policy
All of my prints are produced on demand. Nothing is kept in store but we keep a 14 day retun policy so please be mindful of what you buy. If you have any question dont hesitate to contact me. The orders are sent to the manufacturer as soon as the system recognize them as paid. The manufacturer starts their production right away.
When the payment is confimed, you will recieve an email with all shipment infomation. This is the information that will be sent to the manufacturer. When the articles is shipped, you will recieve an email from the manufacturer with more parcel information.
The shipment cost to you is included in the price. Any additional shipment cost is not covered, such as additional cost for unclaimed or sent back goods.
Return policy
We offer a 14 day return policy from when the order was collected. If you would like to return yuor product, contact us with you order number and your details at callecorson@gmail.com! Any return shipping fees are payed by you and can not be reimbursed.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact me as soon as possible at callecorson@gmail.com.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may not be sent at all or sent to the wrong destination. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
