Store Policy

All of my prints are produced on demand. Nothing is kept in store and therefore any print that is bought can not be returned or refunded. The orders are sent to the manufacturer as soon as the system recognize them as paid. The manufacturer starts their production right away.

When the payment is confimed, you will recieve an email with all shipment infomation. This is the information that will be sent to the manufacturer. When the articles is shipped, you will recieve an email from the manufacturer with more parcel information.

The shipment cost to you is included in the price.Any additional shipment cost is not covered, such as additional cost for unclaimed or sent back goods.

Return policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact me as soon as possible at callecorson@gmail.com.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may not be sent or sent to the wrong destination. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Chango Blanco does not allow returns.
